Sometimes the pipe is broken and no amount of jetting will fix it. We locate the fault precisely first, camera and sonde, then open the smallest hole that does the job, replace the damaged section, and backfill and compact it properly so the ground isn't sinking in six months.
How it works
How a job runs.
01
You ring, or book online
Either way you get a straight answer on whether it waits until tomorrow or needs someone tonight.
02
You get a time, and we keep it
A confirmed window, and a text when we're on the way. If we're running late you hear before the window passes.
03
We find the cause and price it
We photograph what we find. You get the options - usually a patch and a proper fix - with a firm price on each before anything starts.
04
We test it in front of you
You keep the old parts if you want them. We clean up, and the workmanship is guaranteed for life.

Had Hayden from HD Services out at my house to repair burst pipe. Arrived on time and had the problem repaired within the hour. The nicest bloke. Would recommend him to all family and friends.
Hayden was excellent, very reliable, handled a tricky concealed water leak in a very professional way, extremely respectful which I appreciated &I was pleased with his fee. He gave his best & worked super hard in a muddy mess. I felt for him & acknowledged his determination. You are a great plumber Hayden. Many Thanks again. Alanne
HD Trade Services did an outstanding job replacing our old gutters and repairing a leak in our roof. The team were professional, efficient and left everything clean when they were done. Great workmanship at a fair price - highly recommend.
