A deep clean is different to a service. We pull the unit down further and clean the barrel fan and evaporator coil properly, which is where the black mould and the musty smell actually live. If your air conditioner smells when it starts up, that's what you're breathing.

Installed to spec
Tidy pipe runs, proper drainage, a full vacuum before charging. Skipping that is what voids warranties.
