Saxon
No longer made - we service the ones still out there.
Saxon hot water systems haven't been sold in Australia for years, but plenty are still quietly working away in Brisbane homes. If you've got one, we can usually keep it going - a valve or an element is often all it takes. When one is finally past saving we'll tell you straight, and go through what makes sense to replace it with.
No longer manufactured
Saxon systems are no longer manufactured, so a new one isn't an option. We still service and repair the existing ones, and we'll give you an honest read on whether yours is worth keeping.
What we do with Saxon hot water systems
- Servicing and fault diagnosis on existing Saxon units
- Valve replacement to keep a working system going
- Element and thermostat replacement
- An honest call on repair versus replace
- Replacement with a current brand once it's beyond repair
Still out there
Saxon systems we still look after.
These are the ones we still see in Brisbane homes. If yours is on this list there’s a fair chance it can be kept going - and if it can’t, we’ll say so rather than quoting you a repair that won’t last.
Saxon electric storage
The common one still in service. Elements, thermostats and valves are usually enough to keep it running.
Saxon gas storage
Less common now. Repairable up to a point, but parts are getting harder to source.
Good to know
